Fully-equipped with world-class Balanced Body apparatus, our goal is to help you move, look and feel better using the method of Joseph Pilates.
Pilates is mindful movement. It works by bringing focused attention to specific areas of the body to connect at a deeper level, resulting in increased mobility, improved posture and better movement for sports and daily activities. You could say it's intelligent movement!

Group Reformer Classes

A dynamic workout on our most popular piece of equipment, incorporating strength, core stability and flexibility. Fun, energetic, and with 3 levels to progress though you'll always be working to your full potential. A maximum of 8 participants to ensure utmost supervision and attention to detail.
Private One-to-One Sessions
Achieve optimal results with a targeted, personalised program. Whether you're returning from an injury, have a health condition that needs to be considered, or simply prefer to work in a private setting, our one-to-one sessions allow you to work at a pace that's right for your body, under superb guidance and supervision.
Semi-Private Sessions
(duet/trio)
Share your workout with a partner, using the full range of studio equipment, at a time that suits you both. Buddying up with a partner is a great way to stay accountable and a cost-effective way to experience the gold standard of private sessions.
